Troop 71 has a long proud history since it's creation over 80 years ago. In that time we have had over 75 young men advanced to the rank of Eagle Scout.

Every year we spend two weeks at Boy Scout camp as a troop. Recently we have been spending one week at Camp Yawgoog in Rhode Island and one week at Camp Onteora in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to earn merit badges, work on rank advancement and learn valuable skills. It is also a lot of fun. If you want to spend more than one week at either camp that can be arrranged.
